With no clue about the tinting I called all the local firms and the universal receptionist was most pleasant and professional which swung it. Workshop is in a great spot to walk to the mall while the car is worked on. The workshop was clean and professional looking so I was not concerned to leave the car. Perfect results so far guess the real test is in another year or so but it’s a warranty product so no concerns.**1 year gone and the tint is as good as day 1, couldn’t be happier**

I was worried that my rear window tint, bubbling after 13 years, would be a hassle to remove and replace, due to the heating strips.Universal advised they could do it. I booked it in with only a 2-day wait, dropped my car in the morning and got a call mid-morning that it was all done!3 weeks in it's dried and as good as when I bought the car.5-stars because, easy to contact, excellent customer-service (rare these days), ready on time and a totally professional job!

Had the drivers window tint replaced (after 12 years) as it was crazing and becoming impossible to see through. Universal Tint was very professional on telephone enquiry, as well as when the job was completed. Not recommend!! Don't think they have enough knowledge and skills to do a full body wrap. I expected a full body wrap, but some parts they can't wrap the reason is their computer can't cut the film. And no one told me they can't wrap some parts like door handles, mirrors before placed this order. After two weeks, some films were bubble up at the edges. And they were up again few days even after they repaired.

After investigating which retailers are 3m approved I came across Universal Tint. They did not disappoint at any point. Nicola in their management team was incredibly patient with providing me with quotes/amended quotes for my car and getting me booked into a time that suited with my hectic schedule (being out of town and all and working flat out). On arrival Grier who was in charge of doing the tinting met with me and helped me understand the process and was very much a pleasure to deal with. It turned out I already had existing tint on my rear window which I didn’t even realise but was no trouble and were happy to accomodate getting that taken off too.I’m definitely not one for writing many reviews if any but honestly appreciate a genuine business that looked out for my best interests and helped me understand the process even more. If I need any further tints done I will be sure to get back in contact and will be recommending you guys to my mates as well.Thanks again team!

My wife and I used Universal Tint for our balcony some time ago: four tall sliding doors. We were so happy with their work that we used them again to apply window film tint on our dining room windows and our two bedrooms. The universal tint team applied 3M prestige 70 tinted films onto our kitchen windows and skylight. I was really impressed with how quickly & efficiently Nicola replied to all our enquiries. Jon & his team came to confirm the measurements and then installed the films on a separate date. The whole thing went smoothly and the end result is amazing. The tint is subtle, but I feel very comforted to know that it is blocking 99.9% of UV light. Thank you Universal tint team!

In need of window tinting for a car we chose to call Universal Tint due to many high reviews.Honestly, Scott exceeded my expectations even after reading several reviews.Scott helped choose the exact tint needed which had a high UV block out as well as providing the darkest legal tint for that type of vehicle. Really good job on the tint. And super cheap price too compared to others on the market. Guys all nice, a lot of choices in the colours of windows tint and car wrap. Only thing that makes me put 3 stars instead of 5 is that service was very very long. For the two front windows tint I stayed there almost 3 hours!!!!But the job was well done and cheap so I didn't mind it but keep in mind that you'll stay there for the whole morning/afternoon and dont make plans afterward 😉

Wanted to wait a couple months before making a review. Got ceramic tinting done here in March. They were pretty professional and also finished in a few hours. The location is also reasonable, with a few nice cafes and shops nearby to spend your time at. In terms of the tinting job, it was done really well, and has stayed good so far (however, we do keep the car in the garage and usually park indoors). Time will tell, but so far so good

I rang , no answer so left a message. Scott called me back and we discussed clear wrap stone chip protection for my 370Z, he asked me to send him so photos, I did, but never heard from him again, not very impressed, not very professional at all.

I chose the 3M transparent film CR90 on my front window to filter out the UV and IR light which generate heat. It took me 3 hours which is acceptable.Professional multilingual service as expected. POS is available on site.
